• Works and designs commissioned by me are not to be sold for profit without discussing with me beforehand. If you want commercial rights to a piece or custom design, I will charge a fee that depends on the piece/design. You are not and will never be permitted to mint my works and sell them as NFTs, or use them for AI generation. If I see NFTs or AI generations of my work, I will not hesitate to file a DMCA claim. This will also result in an immediate block and a blacklist, with no refunds given.• By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms! Failure to comply will result in a warning the first time, then any subsequent violations will result in a cancellation and a blacklist.• Payment will be done 50/50; half in the beginning and half at the end! This way, if something comes up and the commission has to be cancelled, I will still be compensated for the work I did. When the order is first placed, I will send an invoice for the first half of the payment and won't start until it's paid. Once the commission is finished, I will send a low-res, watermarked thumbnail to prove that I have completed the piece, then I will send an invoice for the remaining payment. Once the invoice is paid, I will send the full-res piece, both watermarked and unwatermarked (both types will contain my signature, however)!
- Please pay by the specified date on the invoice! I am willing to work out a solution if a situation/emergency comes up that prevents you from paying on time. Failure to pay without giving me a heads-up will result in a cancellation of the commission and a blacklist.• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission requests at any point. If I have to cancel the commission myself, I will issue a refund.• Turnaround time varies depending on several different factors! Generally, I try to complete any owed work within one month; the maximum wait time will be 6 months, in the absolute worst case scenario. Please be patient as I am currently working full time! I keep in regular contact with clients, so you are welcome to message me if you have questions or concerns with your commission. Please, however, refrain from spamming me with “is it done yet?” within the first week! Doing so will result in a warning, and continuing to do so will result in full cancellation of your commission.• I can work with deadlines, but I will charge a fee. The fee amount will depend on the type of commission and when the deadline will be. I will not work with deadlines that are less than a week away from placing the initial order.• If the commission is cancelled before completion, I will issue a refund; there’s a 100% refund if I haven’t started, and a 50% refund if cancelled after starting the sketch. After the commission is completed, I will not issue refunds.• Do not claim my artwork or designs as your own! You may post the commission anywhere you like, but PLEASE PROVIDE CREDIT TO ME when doing so. If you ordered a custom character design from me, my artwork of that design must be credited every time, but if you or anyone else draws that design, credit to me for said design will only be required the first time it is posted.• I only accept PayPal! Any other service (Venmo, Cashapp, etc) will not be accepted unless I know you personally/in real life. Very sorry for the inconvenience!COMMISSIONS
• When ordering a commission, please provide a visual reference of your character(s)! I cannot work with written descriptions.
- Additionally, if you would like a specific pose and/or expression, please provide visual references of that as well! Even a simple stick figure drawing is plenty helpful for me to work with!• I will provide sketches for approval upon request! I accept changes to the commission during this time and am more than happy to work with you about them. When the commission is complete, I will accept small changes (color alterations, small detail changes/additions, etc) for free, but any major changes (addition of extra limbs, complete expression changes, etc) will require a fee. Feel free to talk to me about this if you have questions!• Please take note of what I will and will not draw; reminder that I reserve the right to deny commission requests!WILL DO:
